To note the responses received to the public
consultation following the making of the immediate Article 4
Direction.
2.     
To agree the confirmation, of the immediate Article
4 Direction made on 23rd September 2025 under the Town
and Country (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 to
remove the permitted development rights for the material change of
the use from a building and any land within its curtilage from a
use falling within Class C3 (dwellinghouse) of the Town and Country
Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) (England) Order to a use falling
within Class C4 (Houses in Multiple Occupation) of that Order being
development comprised within class L(b) of Part 3 of Schedule 2 to
the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development)
(England) Order 2015 (as amended).
