1.     
To note the revised Capital Programme, attached at
Appendix A, which includes an amendment to the programme of
£0.388m since the last capital monitoring report was approved
by Cabinet in November 2025, as detailed at Table 1 of this
report.

2.     
To approve the budget changes in Table 1 noted for
this report. Approval for this report relates to a £63k
reduction in the Technology One Finance System as these costs are
shared with South Ribble and an increase to the Play, Recreation
and Open Space Projects of £157k to fund the hockey pitch at
Buckshaw Village.

3.     
To note the variations to the programme (which are
detailed by scheme at Appendix B and referenced within the body of
the report).

4.     
To note the position in the Balance Sheet monitoring
section of the report, in respect of cash, investment and loan
balances, and debtors, as at 31 December
2025.
