To approve the change of policy name from the
Discretionary
Housing Payment (DHP) Policy to the Housing Payment Policy,
with any associated wording and references to
relevant legislation also to be updated within the policy,
from 1 April 2026.

To approve amendments to the National Non-Domestic
Rates Discretionary Rate Relief Policy to include the following
from 1 April 2026:
 

2026 Supporting Small
Business (SSB) Scheme?
15% relief for pubs

100% relief for
