Following recent negotiations, the proposed
terms have been agreed by the Council’s Retail Consultants
and reflect current market conditions within the Market Walk Centre
in line with other leases which have been recently
agreed/completed.

None. The Tenant occupies the Property on a
secure lease and there are no grounds available for determination
of the lease. The Tenant has served notice on the Council
requesting a new tenancy.
