Decision

1. To approve an eight-week period of consultation as required by Chorley Council’s Statement of Community Involvement 2024 (“SCI 2024”) and the Neighbourhood Planning (General) Regulations 2012 (as amended).
2. To delegate to the Director of Property and Planning the authority to publish the decision statement following receipt of the Inspector’s report after examination.
3. To delegate to the Chief Executive the authority to proceed with a public referendum to determine whether the Plan should be adopted for the Coppull Neighbourhood Plan Area.
