Decision

  1. To establish new capital programme budget of £928,000 to commence acquisition of housing stock and temporary accommodation. This budget will be comprised of £642,000 from the LAHF round 4, £81,000 from the original capital budget allocated to resettlement properties and £205,000 funded from borrowing.
  2. Within the £928,000 budget establish a budget of £500,000 for the acquisition of properties.
  3. Within the £928,000 budget establish a budget of £368,000 for the adaptations, repairs and refurbishment of Cotswold.
  4. Within the £928,000 budget establish a budget of £60,000 for the provision of homeless pods at Cotswold for the rough sleeper provision.
  5. To delegate the associated procurement strategy decisions to the Director of Property and Planning.
  6. To delegate the contract awards for all improvement works to the Director of Property and Planning.
  7. To authorise the Director of Property and Planning to take further decisions on the acquisitions of resettlement properties or Temporary accommodation linked to LAHF round 4 funding.
