Decision

1. To approve the amendment of the IFS to include the 15 projects identified in Table 1 of this report.
2. To approve the allocation of current CIL funds to the first 24 projects identified in Table 2 of this report (10 of which are already on the IFS), totalling £4,787,421.
3. To approve the allocation of an additional £990k of CIL funds to the New and Refurbished Leisure Centres project which is already on the IFS.
4. To approve the following for the Chorley Civic Square project (the last/25th project in Table 2 of this report):

a)      To note that there are significant future CIL receipts expected in the coming period and agree in principle to allocate future sums up to a value of £5m to the project subject to the normal application and allocation process.
