Decision made:
 
That the terms reported are approved and the
grant of a two year lease be authorised.
 
That authority be granted to issue
instructions to the Director of Governance to complete the legal
formalities at the earliest opportunity.
 
That authority be delegated to the Director of
Planning and Property to agree any variations to the terms
reported.
 
That approval be granted to issue an early
access licence ahead of the completion of the lease to facilitate
occupation as soon as possible.

Not to agree the lease and leave the office
empty and forgo the rent and service charge accordingly.
