Decision

1. To approve the refresh of the Open Space Sports Recreation Strategy 2026-2031 (including action plan) Appendix One. 
2. To approve the establishment of budgets for the projects included in Table three (subject to the approval of the allocation of strategic Community Infrastructure Levy of a value of £2,204,421 by separate decision at Executive Cabinet on 15 October 2026). The total capital contribution was £2,453,232.38 which also included developer contributions. 
3. To note the procurement strategy for project delivery would be presented to a future Executive Cabinet meeting for approval, with decisions to contract award delegated appropriately.
