That planning
permission be granted, subject to conditions and a S106 agreement
to secure the following:

Off-site biodiversity gain; and

Subject to an additional condition as follows: Prior to any above ground development of the building hereby
approved a scheme for the security of the site to deter crime and
anti-social behaviour shall be submitted to the Local Planning
Authority and approved in writing. The approved scheme shall
thereafter be implemented in accordance with the approved details
prior to the first use of the building hereby approved and shall be
retained and implemented throughout the lifetime of the
development.
