Decision Made:
 
That the terms reported are agreed and
authority confirmed to allow Initial Parking Limited to move from
Office 40 to Office 6 under the grant of a new lease.
 
That authority be granted to issue
instructions to the Director of Governance to complete the legal
formalities as soon as possible.
 
That authority be delegated to the Director of
Planning and Property to approve any variations to the terms agreed
subsequently.

To promote economic growth.

Not to accept the terms proposed would leave
the office without a tenant and the Council would forgo the income
from rent and service charge.
