To continue with the improvements to Chorley
Bus Station
 
The proposals and funding have already been
approved at Cabinet, however the procurement strategy needs to be
approved for the project to proceed.
 
Other options
considered and rejected
Take the report to Cabinet before EMD. This
was rejected as there is no Cabinet until September, the project is
part funded via the UKSPF program. All projects funded by this
program need to be finished before April 2025.
