That the terms reported below are accepted and authority is
confirmed to complete a lease.
2.        
That authority be granted to instruct the Director of Governance
to complete the legal formalities.
3.        
That the Director of Planning and Property be authorised to
agree under delegated authority any variations to the terms
reported below.
