Decision
1.        
That the terms reported below be accepted and the grant of a
2-year lease of Offices 2 and 3 Strawberry Fields to Isentra
Limited be approved.
2.        
That authority be granted to issue instructions to the Director
of Governance to complete the legal formalities.
3.        
That authority be delegated to the Director of Planning and
Property to agree and approve any variations to the terms
subsequently agreed.
 
Reasons for
recommendations
1.        
To promote economic growth.
2.        
The terms agreed are in line with the standard for Strawberry
Fields lettings.
3.        
No incentives have been offered.

To proceed without the grant of a lease would
place both parties at legal risk.
