Full planning permission be granted, subject
to:
i. Conditions; and
ii. a S106 legal agreement to secure the
following:
• 30% of the dwellings to be affordable
with 70% of these to be social rented and 30% for shared
ownership.
• A public open space contribution of
£485,240 (or £681,240 if private maintenance not
proposed).
• Highways contributions of £18,000
towards LCC Highways Services involvement in a Travel Plan and an
annual £175,000 contribution for 5 years for public transport
improvements.
• Contribution of £43,857 for the
improvement of Public Right of Way ref. FP0922014.
