Purpose

To
approve the CIoS Good Growth SPF Programme performance and
commissioning arrangements.

DECISION:

 

RESOLVED:
 
1. 
That the Programme Performance Report outlined below
be noted, and that the Board requests any additional data or
information that it wants included in the next quarterly
performance report.
 
2. 
That the initiation of activities detailed in
Appendix 2 to the report, in line with the Cornwall and Isles of
Scilly (CIoS) Investment Plan, be
approved and implemented immediately.
 
3. 
That the Good Growth Project Remediation policy be
updated according to Appendix 3 to the report and implemented
immediately and the procedure for clawback be clarified to ensure
that the Working Group’s recommendation will be submitted to
the Service Director for Economy, in consultation with Cornwall
Council’s Portfolio Holder for Economy and, for projects
based on the Isles of Scilly, also in consultation with the Council
of the Isles of Scilly’s Portfolio Holder for
Economy.
