The
Leadership Board considered and agreed the following proposed
actions
a. 
Noted the opportunities for Cornwall and Isles of
Scilly as a WorkWell pilot and frontrunner in the national mission
to help people with health conditions to start, stay and succeed in
work.
b. 
Endorsed strengthened Work and Health Partnership
governance arrangements for delivery of new work and health
initiatives and development of a regional Work, Health and Skills
Strategy.
c. 
Provide strategic championship and oversight of
their own organisation/sector contribution to reducing economic
inactivity due to ill health, including as employers.
d. 
Considered how members would like to be involved and
contribute to the Work, Health and Skills Strategy development. We
would be happy to facilitate more in-depth discussion with Board
members collectively and/or individually as desired.
