RESOLVED:
 

1. 
That Cabinet confirms that the capital investment
proposals, as outlined in the report, be used as the basis for
Overview and Scrutiny review and to inform the final capital budget
to be presented to Council in February 2025.

 

2. 
That, following review of the Housing
Decarbonisation Motion and the associated revenue and capital
impacts, Cabinet does not support taking forward the Motion by
making budgetary provision for it.
