RESOLVED
that:
1. That
the Committee acknowledges the performance outcomes of children and
young people in Cornwall at Key Stage 2 for the academic year
2023-2024, noting the areas of strength and progress as well as
those for continued development.
 
2. That
the Committee continues to support and endorse the work of the
Education service, and its officers, to work independently, and in
partnership with other organisations, to fulfil the Council’s
statutory responsibilities to ensure a high standard of education
for primary aged children (amongst others) in Cornwall.
