RESOLVED:
 
1. 
That the Cornwall & Isles of Scilly Local Area
Energy Plan (LAEP) be endorsed as a credible evidence base for
decarbonising the future energy system and realising the economic
opportunities as articulated in the Cornwall Good Growth
Plan.
2. 
That, in acknowledging the Council’s
contributory role in delivering a future energy system, Cornwall
Council calls on the Government to provide the long-term policy and
investment required to reach net zero and support local and
national ambitions for growth and clean energy.
