RESOLVED
that
 
The update on the progress of
mitigations to reduce the number of Local Government and Social
Care Ombudsman (LGSCO) complaints received by the Inclusion and
SEND Service was welcomed and endorsed by the Committee,
particularly in light of the national increase in demand on SEND
services.
 
Actions:
 
To circulate the compliments
and complaints report to the Committee.
