It was moved by Councillor
Channon, seconded by Councillor Crabtree, and
 
RESOLVED
that:
 
1. 
The Harbours Board grant the applications outlined
in Appendix 1, with conditions attached and agreed to time
allocations for the use of allocated steps.
2. 
Delegated authority be granted to the Service
Director and Maritime Manager, in consultation with the Chairman of
the Harbours Board, to consider any vessel wishing to have a
one-off permit during the period 1 April 2025 to 31st
March 2026.
3. 
Delegated authority be granted to the Service
Director Environment and Maritime Manager, in consultation with the
Head of Legal Services and the Chairman of the Harbours Board, to
suspend or withdraw any permit upon breach conditions set out
pending a hearing. Such breach must be proven beyond reasonable
doubt and actions in line with the Harbours Board Enforcement
Policy.
