It was moved by Councillor
Taylor, seconded by R Goldstein and
 
RESOLVED
that
 
1. 
The Better Care Fund Plan for 2025-26 for Cornwall
and the Isles of Scilly be approved for submission to NHS
England.
2. 
The Board was satisfied that the matters set out in
the required assurance statements relating to National Conditions
1-4, as set out in Section 7 of this report, had been
met.
3. 
The Board approved work to revise the existing 75
agreement to reflect the plan.
4. 
Authority be delegated to the Chief Executive of
Cornwall Council in consultation with the Chief Executive of NHS
Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly Integrated Care Board and the
Chief Executive of the Council of the Isles of Scilly to approve
for submission the quarterly and End of Year returns to NHS England
relating to the Better Care Fund.
