Jordan, seconded by Councillor Wells and
 
RESOLVED
that
 
 
1. 
Article 18
– Joint Health and Wellbeing Board Cornwall and the Isles of
Scilly be replaced with the Terms of Reference attached at appendix
2 to the report for implementation from 20 May 2025 and that the
Monitoring Officer be given delegated authority to make any
necessary changes to the Responsibility for Functions section in
the Constitution to give effect to this decision;
2. 
Delegated
authority be provided to the Strategic Director for Care and
Wellbeing to make any final minor amendments (including the name of
the Committee in Common) to Article 18 including accommodating
minor changes as necessary received from the Cornwall and Isles of
Scilly Integrated Care Board and the Council of the Isles of Scilly
resulting from their own governance approval processes.
