that the following Committees are established to
discharge the
responsibilities assigned to
each committee as set out in, and which are updated from time to
time, the Responsibility for Functions section of the Constitution
and the relevant Article of the Constitution:-

Overview and Scrutiny Committee;

Committee;
(v) Chief Officers Employment

Board (as a statutory committee and as part of the established
