The Leader to provide a written
response to Councillor Magowan on the details of how many out of
court settlements the Council has entered into since May 2021, how
many of these included confidentiality clauses, the total value of
these agreements and, without disclosing sensitive information,
which portfolio areas these originated from.
 
Bunting Costs
 
Councillor Rogerson to confirm
in writing to Councillor Moorcroft the position in respect of the
previous Cabinet decision to charge £100 to cover the costs
of bunting on the highway, given previously no charge was
made.

– Highways Devolved Budgets
 
Councillor Rogerson to provide
a written response to Councillor Alvey on the position in respect
of highways devolved budgets for the Community Area
Partnerships.
 
EV Charging Points

Councillor Frost to provide a written response to Councillor German
as to whether the BEPS 2 Framework will be able to deliver the
charging points within the timescales set out by
Government.
 
Environmental Health Impacts
– Seagulls
 
Councillor Marrington to
provide a written response to Councillor Candy in relation to any
environmental health impacts relating to issues with seagulls given
their protected species status.

Use of EV Charging Points
 
Councillor Rogerson to confirm
the position in writing to Councillor A Mitchell in respect of the
position of fines for a non-electric vehicle parking in an EV
charging parking space, where there are no other spaces
available.
 
Wheelchair Users on
Buses
 
Councillor Rogerson to meet
with Councillor Ball to discuss the potential in future for buses
in Cornwall to provide more spaces for wheelchair users, as they do
in Devon.
