award of long-term residential care contracts for working age

DECISION:

 

RESOLVED:
 

1. 
That approval be given for the Invitation to Tender
for Specialist Residential Provision for Working Age Adults to be
published in line with the Outline Business Case.

2. 
That authority be delegated to the Strategic
Director for Safe and Caring Communities, in consultation with the
Cabinet Member for Adult Social Care and Health Partnerships, to
award and enter into the contracts with the successful
bidders.
