moved by Councillor Webb, seconded by Councillor Hanlon
and
RESOLVED that:
1.
That the
Healthwatch Report on The Dental Crisis in Cornwall: Your Questions
Answered be scrutinised and that the issues arising and subsequent
recommendations be considered by the Committee.
2.
That the
Committee be assured that the system partners have been working
within the current constraints to address access to dental services
in Cornwall.
3.
That the
Portfolio Holder for Community Safety and Public Health be asked to
write to the Government requesting that its Fairer Funding Review
includes fairer funding for dental services in Cornwall and that
the current dental services contract be reviewed.
