RESOLVED
that
 
1. 
The Committee support the contents of the report and
Recommend to Cabinet that it formally adopts the United
Nations Convention on the Rights of a Child (UNCRC) and also adopts
the optional UNCRC protocol number 2 prohibiting child
prostitution, child pornography and the sale of children into
slavery.
2. 
The Committee thank the Children Rights Team and the
Youth Council for all its work on the UNCRC.
 
Actions:
 
1. 
Raise concerns with planning colleagues about the
impact of fast food outlets and smart hubs on children.
2. 
To circulate something relating to Budehaven.
3. 
To circulate the links to the videos shared at the
