ACTION: Finance team to provide
narrative in relation to the income streams referred to (C103, C104
and C106 ) on page 51 of the agenda/page
5 of the plan.
 
It was moved by Councillor
Clemens, seconded by Councillor Ashton and
 
RESOLVED:
 
1. 
that the Committee fulfilled its statutory role as
the Fire and Rescue Authority’s responsible scrutiny function
by giving due regard to Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service
Productivity and Efficiency Plan 2025-26 and provided comment to
Officers as set out in the minutes;
2. 
that the Committee raised concerns about increasing
costs and needs of the Fire Service, and noted that any further
cuts or efficiency savings alongside increased demand could impact
on the deliverability of the service;
3. 
that this service area be highlighted to the Budget
Development Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
