Decision:
 
1. 
That the
asset listed in this report be declared surplus to the requirements
of the Council and disposed of on the open market.
 
2. 
That
authority be delegated to the Head of Asset and Property Services,
in consultation with the Interim Service Director for Economy,
Regeneration & Assets, to confirm the disposal method, sale
price and the terms and conditions of the disposal of the Property
in accordance with the Code of Practice for Land and Property
Transactions, including consultation with the Monitoring Officer,
or their nominee.
