RESOLVED:
1.
That the proposed changes to Article 21 and the
Protocol for Governance Arrangements of Council Owned Companies
were considered, with comments referred to the Constitution and
Governance Committee for further consideration.

That a review of the Governance Arrangements takes
place within 12 to 18 months of a decision being made by Full
Council.
