Purpose

The
Council Performance Report for 2025/26, covering performance, risks
and projects for the period (Q2).

Content

DECISION:

 

RESOLVED:

 
1. 
That the Council Performance Report for Quarter 2 of
2025/26 (including Appendix 1 to the report showing Key Performance
Indicators, Projects and Risks) be acknowledged and
considered.
 
2. 
That the budget virements, detailed in Table 3 of
Appendix 2, Annex 3 to the report, be approved.
 
3. 
That the movements in reserves, as detailed in Table
1 of Appendix 2, Annex 3 to the report, which have been approved by
the Section 151 Officer in line with the Financial Regulatory
Framework, be noted.
 
4. 
That the Treasury Management update report, set out
in Appendix 3 to the report, be noted.
 
5. 
That the in-year financial recovery actions, set out
in Section 6.2 of the report, be agreed for
implementation.
