Following consideration of the
above, it was moved by E O’Neill, seconded by C Reid and by
consensus it was
RESOLVED
THAT the Committee in Common
1.
Recognises the progress made and ongoing challenges
in the delivery of the Suicide Prevention Strategy.
2.
Supports the recommendations as set out in the
report to ensure suicide prevention was embedded in the
system.
3.
Provide input and feedback on the next Strategy when
presented in draft form at a future meeting of the
Committee.
4.
Support early adoption of AI/digital tools for
suicide prevention.
