RESOLVED that:
 
1. 
That the Community Wellbeing Overview and Scrutiny
Committee fulfils its statutory role as the Fire and Rescue
Authority’s responsible scrutiny function by giving due
regard to Cornwall Fire and Rescue Service’s People Culture
and Leadership programme review and provides comment,
and,
2. 
The Committee commends the work by officers for the
speedy implementation of the programme and due diligence in keeping
pace with the recommendations from the HMIFRS findings.
