Purpose

Approval to run an Expressions of Interest exercise for the
disposal of the remaining 37 Solohaus, 1 bed modular units in
storage at Newquay Airport.

Content

Decision:
 
1. 
That the
Council disposes of 37 Solohaus units owned by the Council via an
Expressions of Interest exercise; and
2. 
That
authority be delegated to the Service Director for Planning and
Housing, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Housing, to
assess submissions received under the Expression of Interest
exercise and to enter into an Asset Transfer Agreement(s) with
successful party/ies to transfer the ownership of the Solohaus
units.
