Cornwall Council approved a revised Protocol for Member/Officer Relations on 21/04/2026. The protocol was amended to redefine positions of special responsibility and group leaders, add "including, but not limited to" before the Chief Executive, reflect the Employee Code of Conduct, and include a requirement for both Members and officers to declare personal relationships.
