DECISION:

 

RESOLVED:
 

1. 
That the Outline Business Cases (OBCs) and
associated exempt appendices be approved and the Invitation to
Tender be published in line with the OBCs.

2. 
That authority be delegated to the Strategic
Director for Care and Wellbeing (DASS) to approve any amendment to
the procurement process (including timescales).

3. 
That authority be delegated to the Strategic
Director for Care and Wellbeing (DASS) to award contracts after the
tender process for the framework is completed.

4. 
That authority be delegated to the Strategic
Director for Care and Wellbeing (DASS) to award individual
contracts from the framework.
