RESOLVED:
 

1. 
That the Economic Growth and Development Overview
and Scrutiny Committee noted the priority outcomes of the
Council’s approach to seeking an investment partner in the
Airport Estate, as set out in section 2.2 of the report.

 

2. 
That the Economic Growth and Development Overview
and Scrutiny Committee noted the outline structure for the proposed
partnership which has been identified following market testing and
receipt of proposals as set out in the exempt appendix 1 attached
to the report.
 
3. 
That the Economic Growth and Development Overview
and Scrutiny Committee reviews the proposed Strategic Masterplan
for the airport estate ahead of Cabinet approval.
