Purpose

Report seeking a
decision regarding the release of the Dolcoath Office and which option to proceed with.
 The report will outline the different
options and the recommendation from Property Services to
Cabinet.

DECISION:
 

RESOLVED:

 
1. 
That the disposal of land at Dolcoath offices, to the preferred bidder, on the
principles set out within exempt Appendix 4 to the report, be
approved.
 
2. 
That authority be delegated to the Service Director
for Assets, Capital and Commercial Services, in consultation with
the Chief Operating Officer and the Portfolio Holder for Resources,
to agree the final terms of the sale.
