RESOLVED:
 
1. 
That the recommendations set out for the future
transformation of the service be approved.
 
2. 
That authority be delegated to the Strategic
Director for Care and Wellbeing, in consultation with the Cabinet
Member for Adult Social Care and Health, the Section 151 Officer
and the Monitoring Officer, to award the contract for in-house
Short Breaks to Corserv Solutions
following an Internal Direct Award process.
