DECISION:
 

RESOLVED:
 
1. 
That the recommendations set out for the future
service model, delivery model, route to market, contracting model
and financial model for day opportunities and supported employment
be approved.
 
2. 
That authority be delegated to the Strategic
Director for Care and Wellbeing, in consultation with the Cabinet
Member for Adult Social Care and Health, the Section 151 Officer
and the Monitoring Officer, to award the contract for in-house Day
Opportunities and Supported Employment to Corserv Solutions following an Internal Direct
Award process.
 
3. 
That authority be delegated to the Strategic
Director for Care and Wellbeing, in consultation with the Cabinet
Member for Adult Social Care and Health, the Section 151 Officer
and the Monitoring Officer to award the contracts following the
tender process for Day Opportunities and Inclusion
Support.
