RESOLVED that:

The Committee considers the proposed Adult Education
Budget Strategic Skills Plan, attached as Appendix 1 to this
report, and provides comments on the plan to support the production
of the final draft.
TO
RECOMMEND TO THE CABINET that:

The Adult Education Budget Strategic Skills Plan be
approved.
ACTION: Mission statement to be
developed and circulated to Members and included in next report to
meeting.
ACTION: Members to be advised of which
qualifications were associated with which learning
level.
ACTION: Members of Children and
Families OSC to be invited to attend meeting when report on Adult
Education and Strategic Skills Plan is next considered.
