It was moved by
Councillor Perry, seconded by Councillor Channon, and
 
RESOLVED that:
1. 
The applications outlined at Appendix 1 be granted
and that the Board agrees to time allocations for the use of
allocated steps.
2. 
Delegated authority be granted to the Service
Director for Environment and Connectivity and the Maritime Manager,
in consultation with the Chairman of the Cornwall Harbours Board,
to consider any vessel wishing to have a one-off permit during the
period 1 April 2024 to 31st March 2025

Delegated authority be granted to the Service
Director Environment and Maritime Manager, in consultation with the
Head of Legal Services and the Chairman of the Cornwall Harbours
Board, to suspend or withdraw any permit upon breach conditions set
out pending a hearing. Such breach must be proven beyond reasonable
doubt and actions in line with the Cornwall Harbours Board
Enforcement Policy.
