RESOLVED:
 
1. 
That the Committee acknowledged the very welcome financial picture
alongside the positive interventions within the “Enterprising
and Empowering council” outcome.
 
2. 
That, notwithstanding the encouraging increases in how residents
view the organisation following the results of the Council’s
Annual Residents’ Survey; the Committee recommended that
officers focus on those areas where the survey results had
deteriorated and, in particular, the number of residents
“agreeing we get everything right first time” when they
contact the Council.
 
3. 
That the Committee’s concern be noted over the content of the
dashboard and undelivered forecasted savings.
