RESOLVED that:
1. That
the Committee provides comments and feedback (as set out in the
minutes) regarding:
a) The
approach detailed in the report to develop and finalise the Gypsy,
Roma and Traveller (GRT) Strategy for Cornwall
b) the
move to full public consultation on the 29 January 2024 and the
ongoing opportunities to engage in this process
c) the
governance arrangements to allow for the finalised GRT Strategy to
be considered by Cabinet in July 2024.
2. The
Committee receiving a further report following the results of the
public consultation to enable comments to be considered as part of
the subsequent report to Cabinet.
