It was proposed by Councillor
Mustoe, seconded by Councillor Clemens and
 
RESOLVED
that
 
(i) 
the Committee welcomed and acknowledged the progress
of the SEND Transformation Plan particularly in the current
challenging climate and commented on the appropriateness of the
interventions and on-going monitoring arrangements as a way to work
towards improving outcomes for children and making the recommended
post inspection improvement within the next two years and, in any
event, before the next inspection.
(ii) 
An update report be brought back to the Committee in
March 2025.
