RESOLVEDthat
 
(i) 
The Committee welcomed the progress of the Council
and its key partners in delivering the Family Hub and Start for
Life agenda and the positive impact it was having on families in
Cornwall.

(ii) 
The Committee recognised the importance
of:
 
(a) 
Effective Early Help and place-based
support
(b) 
Partnership working to respond to rising demand for
children and family services.
(c) 
Financial investment in evidence
based interventions.
(d) 
Measuring outcomes and impact for children and
families.
(e) 
Service development that can be sustained post
Family Hubs/Start for Life grant aware 2022-2025.
 
(iii) 
To recognise the work of the Family Hubs and Start for Life and
communicate throughout Cornwall.
 
Actions:
 
· 
To circulate a briefing to all Community Area
Partnerships advising them of the support available in their areas
for families.
· 
To circulate a map showing the location of local
family hubs to all Council Members.
