RESOLVEDTO RECOMMEND TO
CABINET that:
 
1. 
That the Housing and Support Final Business Case
(FBC) and associated appendices be approved, and the Invitation to
Tender be published in line with the FBC.
 
2. 
That authority be delegated to the Strategic
Director for Care and Wellbeing, in consultation with the Cabinet
Member for Adult Social Care and Health, the Section 151 Officer
and the Monitoring Officer, to award contracts after the tender
process is completed.
