RESOLVED 
that it be RECOMMENDED TO
COUNCIL that the proposed changes to Article 18 – Chief
Officers Employment Committee, and the corresponding
Responsibilities for Function and the Officer Employment Procedure
Rules as set out in Appendices 1, 2 and 3, be approved.
